Hi everyone I'm Giselle Alba PW Founder, here at Project Welle my personal and professional goals are deeply intertwined with physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Therefore, I make it my mission to provide and equip every existing and new member with custom comprehensive personal training and nutritional coaching. Here's what you can expect:
Full-Body Workouts:
You’ll have 8x 60 min Sessions of full-body workouts that are designed to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve your cardiovascular health. This workout will be led by your experienced trainer who will guide you through each exercise and ensure that you're using proper form and technique.
Nutrition Tips:
In addition to the workout, we'll also provide you with some simple and effective nutrition tips that you can use to improve your diet and overall health. These tips are designed to be easy to follow and incorporate into your daily routine.
Motivational Coaching:
We'll provide motivational coaching throughout the project to help you stay motivated and on track with your fitness and wellness goals. We'll encourage you to push yourself, but we'll also make sure that you're taking care of yourself and not overdoing it.
Community Support:
You'll have the opportunity to connect and meet other members of our PW Family who are on a similar journey to you. This community support can be invaluable as you begin your wellness journey and can help you stay motivated and accountable.
Fun and Engaging:
We believe that fitness should be fun and engaging, not a chore. That's why we've designed this project to be enjoyable and motivating, so you'll be excited to continue on your wellness journey even after the project is over. PROJECT
The GET WELLE PROJECT includes one live video chat or phone call per month to review your workouts, as well as answer any questions.
This Project is ideal for those that are looking to start their wellness journey. The project comes with a variety of features, such as custom workouts and nutrition coaching, as well as direct communication with your personal coach through the PROJECT WELLE APP. The only difference between the projects is that each includes a different number of private sessions with your coach.
NUTRITION
After you enroll, you will be able to choose from one of four meal plan options, which are: vegetarian, lactose-free, balanced, or gluten-free. Your coach will help you integrate these into your daily life and provide you with the necessary tools to make informed decisions. Each meal plan is calorie-appropriate and has a variety of proteins, fat, and carbohydrates.

PROJECT
The BE WELLE PROJECT includes two (2) phone or video coaching sessions per month for additional inspiration and support.
It's ideal for those who are looking for more accountability and coaching than in The GET WELLE PROJECT. It also comes with unlimited in-app messaging.
NUTRITION
After you enroll, you will be able to choose from one of four meal plan options, which are: vegetarian, lactose-free, balanced, or gluten-free. Your coach will help you integrate these into your daily life and provide you with the necessary tools to make informed decisions. The STAY WELLE PROJECT provides one-on-one coaching sessions with your coach every week to help keep you on track and improve your lifestyle.
The STAY WELLE PROJECT gives you the best possible level of accountability and training from your coach. You'll also receive unlimited messaging and weekly check-in calls to improve your food relationships and build better habits. This level of accountability is ideal for those who are looking to improve their health and fitness at an optimal level.

Lastly, your PROJECT WELLE coach will then get in contact with you to arrange a convenient first session. Book your first session right away.

Once enrolled, Your coach will then create a personalized fitness plan that will help you reach your goals and improve your current condition. The workouts will be designed to be ideal for both a home and a gym. That app allows you to stay in touch with your coach wherever you are. You can also keep track of your workouts, and progress, and access your meal plan all through the app.
